I’ve been considering getting a motorcycle for the commute to work and school, especially since the price of gas has negated any increases in pay I have received. I went into a dealer, but they didn’t really give me the attention I needed. What should I consider?
a different dealer. if they want your business they should be there for you. try some cycle world magazines too. Oh yes consider getting something to start on under 600 cc a V-Twin perhaps
It depends if you’ll be riding surface streets or superslab (X-Way). If surface streets only a Honda Rebel 250 will do.
Superslab …. you’ll need at least a 500cc bike. Once you decide look at a used one that is 3-5 years old. Good Luck.
Pick up some cycle world magazines or motorcyclist.
I have no idea…just don’t kill yourself!
Another dealer! I would look at all of the dealers in your area, and for that matter neighboring communities as well. I had purchased my first Harley at one dealership, and found out in a very short time that they were doing me a favor. When I purchased my second Harley, it was at a dealership, about 30 miles away, but worlds apart as far as service, being treated with respect, listening to my concerns, desires, and just being totally friendly.
