We are going to buy a motorcycle from someone, however he does not have the title as he has a loan on the bike. How do we go about this transaction. We were thinking making one check out ot the financial instution (to pay of the loan) and the other to the owner that we are buying from. But how do we get the title then and how do we licence it etc?
ANyone have experience with this?

as if the car is being driven at the same speeds as a supercar, apart from all the extra work that the supercar team puts in to the supercar to win the race. My car car is broken, key wont turn therefore the wheel wont turn. It is in a parking garage with a clearance of 6’8″ and must make 2 turns to get out of the garage when pushing it. Anyone have any idea on how to tow it out in this condition? |
