I just got Gran Turismo on my PSP and this seems to be happening as well. My acceleration increases about 2-3x as much when I am directly behind a car.
Is this something that the game develops add to make it fair? Or does it have something to do with nature/physics? Like would this actually occur in real life?
I was just wondering cause it seems like alot of racing games have this same technique.

I believe to have left a light turned on inside the car for 3 days. Yesterday the car wouldn’t start so I jump started it. After letting the engine run for 3 minutes and then finally driving off, the engine stopped after 40 second drive. I tried jump starting again but wouldn’t start anymore. Can a voluntary (not court ordered) car interlock breathalyzer be reset so that you don’t have to blow while driving, only when starting the car? And where can I get one installed in Arizona? There are lots of places for the court ordered testers that cannot be adjusted, but I need one that can be adjusted. This is for a recovering alcoholic that wants to avoid any mishaps in case of a setback and impaired judgement. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
