The Cars Info

Many vehicles, including parcel delivery trucks use my driveway to make three-point u turns. I live on a residential street. The street is narrow and vehicles take advantage of my driveway, which is wider than those of my neighbors. How can I discourage this behavior? Are there City ordinances (not where I live) or examples of the same situation that any body is aware of that could help me with this problem?
