This motorcycle is not sold in the U.S.
Replacement parts will be next to impossible to get.
You will also have a difficupt time finding a mechanic to work on it. The Yamaha dealers may even decline working on this bike because it is not a U.S. specification bike.
You would be much better off going to a local motorcycle dealer and buying a U.S. specification motorcycle.
The motorcycle you are looking for is more like a scooter than a motorcycle. If this is what you want you might want to look at yhr Yamaha Zuma 125 or the Honda SH150i
